I have been seeing Dr Beatrice Janssen for around 15+ years. I find her kind, caring and very knowledgeable on all matters relating to rheumatology. Dr Janssen is thorough and very up to date with all current medical treatments. I find that she is hesitant for prescribing mediation unless needed and is very cautious about sending patients off for surgery that may actually improve over time, which is a big plus. I highly recommend her for anyone with any autoimmune or other rheumatology related illnesses and diseases.
Called to organise an appt and the receptionist was in a total rush, did not want to check if I received the email or re check my email address, wanted to hang up the phone the whole time and told me that emails take a while to receive, waited for two days and nothing. Called to cancel to avoid cancelling last minute and was sent to a voice mail which I left detailing why I needed to cancel. I find Dr Janssen to be a very caring, thorough and professional rheumatologist.
Dr Janssen is a caring, well versed, knowledge Doctor. She has been taking care of my condition for 20 years. Because of her I am able to lead a normal full life. I would highly recommend Dr Jansen to anyone. Kasha Dubinska
Beatrice's medical knowledge is at least 50 years out of date. For joint, tendon or muscular pain, she advises you to stop all activity. Fatigue, is just you 'learning how to relax'. She isn't across the developments in immunology and microbiome. Saw a different doctor as Beatrice was useless, and got a diagnosis and treatment. Waste of $350. Avoid.
