Absolutely uncaring individual. So cold, cruel, and condescending. Not sure how or why she works in health care.
She cancelled 5 minutes before the appointment because "she was not able to deal with anxiety problems", nevertheless she presents herself as specialized in exactly this problem. Unacceptable. Shameless. If she cannot deal with the simplest thing I can't imagine what she studied for.
