Terrible customer service. The ladies in the front office need to get themselves together and directly address the customers needs instead of assuming and doing whatever they feel like. Mary the manager I believe, was impatient and rude when it came to explaining an exam misunderstanding. I called and signed up for contacts exam and my mom and sister signed up for glasses exam and instead of asking directly they just assumed we all came for the same thing and didn't even bother to ask me.
