Filthy practice and inflated diagnosis. Close to a scam!
Had appointment 7/24/23 to extract two teeth and dentist wanted to use Nitrous Oxide. I had left three phone messages that I wanted the dentist; Dr. Isabelle to call me. Never got one call. Arrived for my appointment and the receptionist came out wanting to be paid before any work was done when I mentioned I did not want the "laughing gas" as I had major heart surgery, a pacemaker and diabetes. I was not at all satisfied with the service I received at this practice. The front desk person/insurance "expert" was condescending and not at all helpful. The periodontist I saw told me she would put together a treatment plan and go over it with me. Later that day they texted me a "treatment plan" which provided teeth numbers and procedure numbers and a total price tag of over $12,000 for all that I was told needed to be done.
