Overall Summary: Difficult to work with the front office and I did not feel that the physician prioritized my best interests. - It is extremely difficult to get their front office to pick up the phone or return a call in a timely manner. On one occasion, I called 7+ times over several days to cancel an appointment. Dr. Tomeh is great, but I received a bill for something that they said had prior authorization (for a yearly routine physical that is definitely covered by my insurance). I haven't heard anything from the office and received a bill 6 months later saying I'm way past due for $600. I called my insurance and they said it was incorrectly coded by the doctors office, and they would have covered it if correctly coded as a routine physical. Best primary care doctor I have ever had. He's kind and informative, and he has amazing bedside manner. Every visit feels like catching up with an old friend. He's very knowledgeable and informative about your health and I can't say enough nice things about him and his staff.
"I have found a home here. With this group, my doctor is Mr. Bassam Tomeh. I came to this group not feeling my best – not feeling well at all. They talked to me and broke down my eating habits, exercise routine, and the things that stress me. Dr. Tomeh is the epitome of professionalism and friendliness, with an undeniable aura of expertise. I couldn’t recommend a primary care physician more highly. His staff is also outstanding—Dee, in particular, was friendly, knowledgeable, and had a great sense of humor. Overall, an excellent experience!
