Jasmine was absolutely wonderful! She was friendly, caring and professional. She made me feel comfortable and did an excellent job drawing my blood. I truly appreciate her kindness and great care!
I owe this doctor's office a $25 balance and have made multiple attempts to pay it. Unfortunately, no one returns phone calls or messages, and I have been unable to reach anyone who can assist with collecting the payment. The office appears to be very disorganized, and communication has been extremely poor. As a patient, it is frustrating to want to resolve a balance and be unable to get a response from anyone. Based on my experience, I found the practice to be unprofessional and would not recommend it to others.
Shady, unprofessional, and unacceptable front office. Left them years ago and I’m somehow still dealing with their incompetence. A shame bc the doc is kind and attentive.
I owe $25 to this office , I have left 4 messages to pay this office with no return phone call wanting to pay my bill... the communication of this place is a joke
He is a wonderful PCP and highly recommend himand anyone in the practice. Wonderful helpful staff.
