This office used to be much better. They used to remind patients about appointments two or three days in advance. Now they have reduced their staff and things are often delayed, with little attention to patients. I also needed a copy of my file sent to the court. Even after paying the required fee, it took a very long time and several visits before it was finally sent, and it almost caused serious problems for my court case.
Terrible doctor will not listen to what you say and is very dismissive find a new family doctor if this man is yours he’s terrible at his job
This place is the most unprofessional medical facility I’ve ever seen. They “forgot” to alert me of a mass in my lung until months later when in discussion he asks me about my pulmonologist appointment. I was caught off guard because he had never mentioned a mass. Here we are 12 months later and I’m still waiting on a simple signature from the doc to my insurance company. My tests have been lost. My orders have been lost.
