Dr. Alolabi is amazing. I found him through Google because of his excellent reviews, expertise and reputation. He helped me with my complex wrist fracture, and I truly believe his recommendation for surgery was the best decision. He arranged a free phone consultation for me on a Sunday, even though it was his day off. I camn only guess at how good he may be, and how good the office staff might be. So far not good at all. My mother who suffers from bone on bone hip pain (barely able to stand let alone walk) has waited a year after him confirming how bad it was and needed surgery right away. Was scheduled for June, change to July 27th, only after I hounded for confirmation, go for pre-op only to find out that they haven't scheduled surgery at all and this "great" doctor has left the country. Dr. Alolabi did my mom's knee replacement, the surgery is very successful, my mom (80yrs old) recovery is speedy. We understand Dr. Alobali has a very busy schedule with unexpected urgent surgeries, it may takes a while to schedule an appointment or the appointment could be rescheduled in a very short notice. Stephanie is very organized to do change management, she replies emails in time and provides assistance as much as she can. She does remember details and explain details when needed.
