I have worked with this office for years. The staff is very knowledgeable, and attentive. Dr Banerji has great bedside manner, he is very thorough and truly cares for his patients.
Front staff is nice... The doctor at first, it was a bit off. Putting if you're directing and almost seen crude, I did voice. My concern and I actually got a call from the doctor apologizing and wanting to go over my concerns over the phone. That amount of carrying is very rare. Someone apologizing for making you feel a certain way. And then coming around to give you excellent service is very impressive. The doctor is thorough. Front staff is nice...he did not remember a follow up, asked necudmf I wanted a finger in my butt, said no...he said...good day for me...told receptionist 3 tijes...charge him...did you charge him....get the card...the receptionist was upset the way he treated me...would answer no questions...said he would have to charge me for time....was worried about cancer....told me.."that's not what you are here for or important right now" he literally saidvthis... time to retire uncaring money hungry Dr.....
My experience with Dr. Banerji has been excellent. He's extremely thorough and knowledgeable. Yes, there is often a wait time, but it's because he doesn't rush through his time with you. He listens and gives the time and attention for a quality, meaningful visit. He seems always to have a probable diagnosis, yet he readily makes specialist referrals to verify and confirm. I like that.
