As a new patient, Dr. Toothman's staff was more than caring when I came in. The customer service was outstanding. Dr. Toothman, himself, took an incredible amount of time explaining what was going on and providing numerous options. His experience really shined through. How very refreshing to let me be in control instead of a dentist telling me what he/she decided to do! I normally pretty much freak out and have sweaty palms at the dentist but I left calm, cool, collected, informed and in control. Grateful!
