I saw Dr. Uldrikson for about 2 years while living near Kingman, AZ. Before my first visit I spoke many times with his office staff about my insurance and what they would cover after they verified my insurance. After my appointment, I ended up getting a bill for the full amount and when I called about it, I was told my insurance did not cover him. When I was a young teen (approx 2013-2015) I went here because it's one of the only places that my insurance accepted at the time. Barry went to put numbing in with a needle on my front two bottom teeth. I heard and felt a crack and sharp shooting pain. I immediately cried out and the Barry hurried out of the room. The assistant told me the the pain I was feeling was normal. Except it wasn't. I had been administered numbing this way many times before by other dentists and NEVER experienced that EVER. Do NOT let this dentist near your mouth. After 4 hours of torture I was about to pass out. I had 6 shots of Novocaine and a shot of Demarol. And he got angry and threw his instruments down every time I screamed. He removed bone chips by drilling.... picking... digging...scraping.... 4 hours!!!!! I'm surprised he's still in practice.

Horrible experience. Dr Uldrikson and his staff are unprofessional. No introduction from the Dr. They discuss personal matters while talking over the patient. They don't like to send xrays that have been paid for to other dental offices in the area. They ignore multiple requests for the xrays. The office manager is "remote" which boggles my mind how someone remote can manage an in-person staff. This office is dumpy on the outside, and the staff inside isn't much better. My suggestion is avoid this office. Save yourself a lot... read more

I went to Riata Dental in Kingman Arizona a couple days ago as a new patient. Horrible experience! When I first drove up I wasn't sure I was in the right place; everywherr was overgrown and weeds everywhere.....I thought the building was abandoned....until I saw someone exit the front door. When I went inside the Dr. And nurses were loudly arguing about something. The front desk girl and nurses were short and sarcastic. The doctor came and didn't say a word.
