I’ve been going to this doctor since I was a little kid myself. I now take my 3 children. I’m livid at the office staff and their horrible customer service. I called to ask the doctor a question as he is retiring in a months time and I needed his professional opinion. Elinore blatantly told me “the doctor won’t get on the phone and won’t call you back” I begged for him to just get on the phone with me for 2 minutes at ANY opportunity he has (no rush) and she refused. I had a great experience with the office manager Lisa. She was very helpful in determining why my health insurance was failing to cover my son's appointment. She brought my attention to the matter, and I was able to have my bill cleared. I was impressed with her service.

I was recommended to Dr. Pinchoff by my Facebook group. My daughter experienced a corneal abrasion from a contact lens and I was desperate for help. His office was very kind from the moment I called. Lisa Burke made an emergency appointment the same day! Everyone in the office was professional. Dr. Pinchoff was gentile and kind. He diagnosed my daughter and referred us to a corneal specialist—even making the appointment for us the following day. You don’t find that level of service anymore. I have no complaints from our visit! There was enough room for social distancing and patients were seen quickly. While we waited for my son’s pupils to dilate we were asked to wait in the car. When we returned to the office the doctor was ready to see us. He was very pleasant and thoroughly explained any questions that I had. We had a wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend this office to my family and friends.

No social distancing, rude receptionist, couldn't find the referral when it was already in the system. Also, NO SOCIAL DISTANCING!!! Called office from parking lot, told us to go in. Went in and already 3 other families in the small office, more and more people showed up. Still waiting to see the doctor after 45 minutes!
