He’s an amazing surgeon, but he’s a horrible human being! I had an abscess in my intestines that leaked and was really bad! Went to dignity ER and then off to Southern Hills Hospital ER. Stayed there for a day or so. Transferred up to a room. Wasn’t fed for three days as he was waiting for the hole in my colon created by the abscess to close. It did and he finally did the surgery. Edit to Add: This man is amazing! I am one month post op and Dr. Rives gave me my life back! I I am so thankful for Dr. Rives and I will never forget what he did for me! My husband just had a surgery of gallbladder removed. Dr. Rives was very professional and kind. He explained perfectly. Thank you very much. We really appreciate it.
This Dr doesn't care much less return phone calls. Than when he does it a 32 second screw you voicemail. He doesn't inform you of the risks and then when he does screw you up he doesn't give a care. Never let him operate on you or your stomach as he is careless doesn't care
Dr Rives is so caring! Between him and Dana in his office, I have rarely had such wonderful and caring services! I was so fortunate to have met him! I highly recommend him to everyone who needs any surgeries-Thank you Dr Rives and Dana!
