Upon arrival at the hospital for my scheduled procedure, I found that there was critical information missing as well as confusion among the hospital staff due to conflicting and incomplete information from the Dr.'s office regarding which specific procedure I was scheduled to have. I went to Dr Schneider for a routine colonoscopy after seeing a gastroenterologist in Huntersville I didn’t like. I’m so glad I did. The receptionist, his nurse and Dr Schneider were all so welcoming and caring. Even the girl, Lisa that helped sign me up for the location of my procedure explained everything and was so accommodating. I loved the entire staff!!!
My Mom, sister and I have been patients of Dr Sneider for several years. Excellent bedside manner, very kind, thorough and knowledgeable. Friendly staff. Overall pleasant experience from start to finish.
Dr.Schneider and all the stuff were very friendly and helpful. I had been sick for a month and seen another doctor that didn't help. Dr. S figured out what was wrong quickly.
