very professional and understanding
Dr. Blitz and his staff are great to work with. He takes time to explain his recommendations, which I really appreciate.
Dr. Blitz, We truly think you are a great doctor but your office staff is another story! Calls are not returned and prescription issues are ignored. When will the insurance company that requested additional information for my husbands prescription be contacted? This is for the prescription ordered after his last appointment (about 2 weeks ago). I assume the medication is something he needs. How is NOT having it going to affect his health???? Is NOT having the medication be problematic for his next appointment?
