Woodhall, MD a physician at provenance milwaukie and never in my life with such prejudice, and lack of knowledge or insight this man walked in with a attitude and presumptions based on previous visits which I never had any issues with he was cold and rude and very unprofessional he didn’t go over any of my symptoms he simply dismissed them and discharged me I would be careful at this location specifically with this Dr Barrett J.
