I just attempted to make an appointment at Linden Optometry, Pasadena. The customer service representative rushed me through the process and was very short, rude and unprofessional. I just wanted an eye exam for my family.

What a great selection of frames! The best I've ever seen.
I have received superior service every time that I have visited Linden Opt. Their clinic director Dr. Alan Limfat examines my eyes and my familys. He takes care of us with genuine concern and spends a lot of time with us. We all have high prescriptions and he monitors the health of our eyes. He really is an exceptional eye doctor -- no hype. We usually make an appointment for first thing Saturday mornings so there is no wait.
