Always interested in what you have to say, asks questions, is gentle with the scope up the nose (one of the best), has a terrific bedside manner and he always makes whatever problem I have go away. The best nose, ear and throat doctor in town. RH.
Terrible had a list of my symptoms tried to discuss, he shoosed me and said I'll read what's on other Dr's reports. App was at 330 got in at 450. Discussed with his behavior. Should retire .
I told this “specialist” about my tinnitus issues and he dismissed me. It’s like I was making up my own problem or something. Didn’t even care to take me seriously or refer me to someone else. I would not recommend his services.
Awful ENT. As I tried to tell Dr. Barker the symptoms I was having he said “shh I didn’t ask you.” He may have just been having a bad day but he took it out on me and that is extremely unprofessional. He looked down my throat roughly with a nose scope which was painful - it’s not supposed to be painful. Then he said “you’re fine, we’re done” and opened the door for me to leave. Excellent, wonderful, amazingly skilled doctor. Would highly recommend Dr. Barker without reservation. Unfortunately, I agree with some other reviews related to difficulties dealing with his assistant that detract from an otherwise great experience (phone never answered, voicemails not returned promptly or at all, lost documents sent repeatedly). Too bad. Hopefully that is resolved.
