I had an amazing experience and I had the pleasure of getting my eyes tested by the wonderful technician Rashmin, she was absolutely so detailed and caring and left me feeling no anxiety and answered any questions or concerns. As a staff member of the health care community who actually strives to give patients the respect and patience they deserve when they are being assisted in a clinic, this clinic does not provide any of those quality of service. The receptionist is awful, her name starts with an S, can't recall. If you are going to ask and inquire about a patients information, do it in a professional manner and tone.
