Waiting 3-4 hours for an exam is crazy! I recommend another place if you can. Was the second patient of the evening, and we waited so long that both waiting room was packed. People were standing up cause there was no more chairs. And people falling asleep. Maybe they need to hire more doctors. But this will be our last time going here. Feel sorry for the patients behind us. We was second and had to wait till 4pm to be done. Both waiting room was pack and place closes at 5pm. Not sure if anyone is really concerned about reviews and take it serious, I have two issues with this clinic, receptionist attitude which is a big deal, harsh snob attitude (Tess) and the very long waiting time. Otherwise the clinic is clean, doctors and nurses are friendly and understanding. I thank those who are warm and highly recommend training for harsh ones. April, 30th, 2024
Tess at reception is rude and snobby. I was explaining my frustration to Sonia for changing appointment's date and switched to another doctor without being informed, while Sonia is so warm, kind and very understanding, Tess kept cutting our talk in a very rude manner asking me to simply leave and visit another day if I'm unhappy about it !! Just when you expect kindness, especially when it is their mess, you're shocked with lousy behavior. I wasn't even talking to her, other patients were annoyed by her snobby behavior.
