I went to Dr. Arbuckle for a ingrown nail and the procedures was simple and fast. I will remember this podiatrist. The receptionist was wonderful. Thank you guys so much.
This location is under new management & is now called "Billet Podiatry Inc". I recently called to schedule my pre-teen son for an appointment as he has been dealing with difficulties due to ingrown toe nails on his two big toes. This experience was new to us so we were unsure what to expect, however Dr. Keith Arbuckle was great at explaining the removal procedure and answering any questions we had. I had such a great experience here. Dr Kluger is amazing. She treated me with so much respect and she explained to me everything she was doing to me, always making sure I was comfortable and the procedure didn’t hurt at all!! She’s definitely the best and such a sweet person. Thank you so much. I totally recommend this place 100%
Fantastic experience all the way around. I left a message and got a call back within the hour and was able to get in the same day! My ingrown nail I was ignoring was so bad. The hard part is the numbing needle, but not terrible. I couldn't feel anything after that! Dr. Kluger was so kind with my kids that had to come and she walked me through everything. I hope I don't have to come back, but I will not go to anyone else if I need a podiatrist again!
