Dr. O'Brien is Wonderful, her counter staff is and has always been subpar.
We had an appointment at 9:15 am to see Dr. O’Brien. We were seen on time but had great difficulty getting the RSV nose swab she ordered. Dr. O’Brien sent us to a location that does not provide the swabbing. That lab sent us back to her office and they referred us to the urgent care next door. Finally, three hours later and much back and forth about the proper nasal swab script and who would perform it between her office and the adjacent urgent care, my mom completed the testing.
