Dr Baxter is a thoroughly knowledgeable and competent professional physician. Her staff is also thoroughly professional and well-trained. I am completely satisfied with all they have done for me and would recommend her to anyone with allergy issues.
Some of the nurses were really kind and helpful, but the front desk was very difficult to work for with billing. The front desk had my insurance information wrong, but when I asked them to call my provider and double check the info, they didn’t call and insisted they were right. I called my provider on my own, and sure enough, I was right. It was frustrating that such a simple fix could’ve resolved the issue much quicker if they’d simply made a quick phone call.
