Wonderful experience. Dr Cortez was great. Great personality. Great since of humor. I would definitely recommend her
I was new to Dr. Cortez and I am impressed! Both the Doctor and her nurse were wonderful. She was informative, professional and very friendly. I did not have to wait long at all to get an appointment or wait long in the office. I knew how much I would have to pay out of pocket before anything was started. I will definitely go back. I highly recommend Dr. Cortez.
FYI.. Your walls are very thin and what I heard was unprofessional.. besides that a normal doctor visit.
Being a new patient, I made an appointment with Dr. Cortez which I had to wait 2 1/2 months to get in to see her, I made an appointment in the Eaton office which was closest where I lived, she told me where it was and be there 15 minutes early for paperwork, the day of my appointment, I drove 1/2 hour away, to find out they were not there at that office that day, the lady across the hall said they only are at that office every other Tuesday, they made me an appointment for the wrong Tuesday, they were in Dayton, I called the... read more
