Dr cody is the most caring provider and now a friend to me. I know she cant do this with everyone but I was alone in memphis no family and she took me to my dr appt made sure they treated me with care and priority and took me home to her house after where her and her husband helped me for 2 days her heart is what makes her a great provider and thats what we all want ssomeone with a heart when we are at our low point It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I will definitely recommend them to people I know. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me.

Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? No, I was always attended to Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Would you recommend this provider to others? No Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Not really. I usually have to wait a long time Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Is this provider's business conveniently located? Sort of, but its pretty far away from everything How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Not the worst, but certainly not the best
