Absolutely so grateful to Dr. Nguyen for helping me with my back pain and issues. Have been going to him on and off for about 3 years. Attentive, compassionate and responsive. His goal is always to try and get me out of pain. his office staff are professional and attentive when you are there, but not always the best on the phone or on follow up.
I was referred to Dr. Nguyen by my Doctor for Fibromyalgia and significant degenerative disk disorder of the lower back as well as other issues that are more of a private nature. I just had my first appointment and though I have only been through Dr. Nguyen for diagnosis I am so blown away by his compassion and healing abilities. I can tell he has the best bedside manner outside my General Doctor and childhood Dentist that I have ever seen in my entire life. I will add updates on the progress.
Excellent care & attention! I go to this office to obtain pain relief. The staff are friendly and polite. They know me by my name! I have been seeing Dr. Nguyen every month for 2 years. He spends quality time with me, and he comes up with different ways to make me pain free. What I like best is the way Dr. Nguyen keeps up with all the new medications that are now being sold. Because of that knowledge, I am now pain free, using a new med.
I have had so many bad experience with Pain Mgmnt doctors. I often left other doctors office in tears. I was skeptical going to another Pain Dr.’s office. To my surprise, Dr. Nguyen was very attentive to what my issue was & Able to pin point some of condition no other Dr. deducted. He sincerely cared what I was going through, & always have my best interest in his heart. He is warm, caring, thoughtful, graceful, & very skilled doctor I proudly recommend anyone to go there with confidence. AAAAAAA
I love Dr Nguyen & his staff. They are not only knowledgeable, accommodating & helpful, but they are really nice people. I have been a patient of his for a few years after being mistreated by my previous pain doctor. I had neurosurgery for spinal failure & needed pain management. I was initially put on a high dosage of Fentynol. Dr Nguyen titrated me off of that awful drug & slowly worked my opioid pain medicine down to none. I am so grateful. Now I'm on nerve medication & that is all. Thank you

Do NOT believe any previous "GOOD" reviews of Bao Nguyen. They're mostly from years ago and he is probably one of the most heartless and Un-caring “pain management” doctors in all of Los Angeles! He’s not a pain management Dr at all. He’s an “eastern medicine” person who does not care one bit that I let him know, “I need help or I’ll end up with a $3,000+ Emergency Room visit. He said that wasn’t his fault, yet I waited and dragged myself to this appointment, solely because of his misleading we
