Poor communicators. Can seldom reach a human. If they do call back it’s a week later. Portal didn’t work. I was called back to the lab on my first lab visit and she took a man who arrived after me. Was wondering if it was a race thing. First thing the Dr. wanted to do was prescribe Ozempic, or Mounjaro & then Jardience. Hmmm.
