This is a petition for Dr. Bamber to hire a new receptionist. Dr. Bamber is great. HER RECEPTIONIST?! I have never been so angry with a receptionist as I am with Dr. Bamber's and it gets worse every time I have to deal with her (we've been going to Dr. Bamber on behalf of our neurodivergent children for 5 years now). The receptionist is straight up selfish and is by far the rudest woman I have ever encountered in a professional contex. She has ZERO interest in working with Dr. Bamber's clients and couldn't care less about th... read more

Dr. Bamber has been our pediatrician for many years. I have always found her to be very direct and to the point, which may work well for some families, but can feel cold at times. Unfortunately, my biggest concern is with the front office experience. Interactions with the receptionist have consistently felt rushed and unkind. Managing multip... read more

Dr. Bamber is a somewhat okay doctor — knowledgeable enough — but her receptionist is an absolute disgrace to the practice. She is rude, condescending, and completely unprofessional. Yet somehow they continued filling his prescription even though she claimed he needed to be evaluated. When I asked if they provide reminders, she snapped... read more

We have seen Dr. Bamber in the past in two occasions. Of which she didn’t even wanted to touch my child to examine him. I’m beyond surprised about the positive reviews. I genuinely wonder if this even are real reviews. To us she wasn’t at all helpful. Extremely frustrating to have to to wait again to find a different pediatrician which finally helped my son.

We have been patients at this office for several years. As a single parent of three children, each with unique needs including neurodiversity and mental health challenges, I manage numerous appointments—ranging from school and extracurricular activities to MCFD counseling sessions and medical visits. Two of my children are on prescribed medications under the care of Dr. Bramber. I’ve communicated with the office on multiple occasions about my circumstances: I’m a single parent transitioning out of an abusive relationship, do... read more
