Burned me during a root canal then blamed me and then gave me a tooth infection so now half my face is swollen and I can't eat anything
I had a 11:00 am appointment this morning and I arrived on time. When I walked in, I noticed the small waiting room was packed with people. One of the receptionists told me to have a seat. About five minutes later a young man walked and I overheard him say to the receptionist that he had an appointment at 11:00 am. How is it possible for two persons to have appointments exactly at the same time?! I sat and waited. And waited. And waited. People kept coming and going. Do NOT go here. Choose dental students in Rochester or ANY other option. Their extractions are nothing short of barbaric. And they told my daughter she needed 12 root canals and crowns... I chose to get a 2nd opinion, and paid ($50) for a consultation with a NON-medicaid dentist and all my daughter needed was fillings. Not one single root canal, and the dentist was appauled. We applied for the care credit program with that dentist and all of her teeth that were "so bad" were fixed with simple fillings for a grand total of $1... read more
Three years ago today he did 25 root canals in one day. Now I have nerve damage can't swollow food, and almost ever crown fell off. He told me he was gonna fix my smile teeth are to big and ruined my life cuz I can't eat anything. Terrible
