Speaking for my daughter: Very difficult to reach by phone. If you finagle your way through the phone system that seems intended to make sure you don't reach a person, you might be able to at least leave a message. No one from this practice returned my phone call. History: I was unable to complete the colonoscopy prep because of the issues I came to this practice to address. I never got a call back from anyone - nurse, etc. Prior to my call, the colonoscopy team nurse told me she sent a message to the doctor about my issues.... read more
