Dr. Gill has been such an amazing doctor. He always takes so much time and effort to discuss issues. An amazing example of what a doctor should be. The staff as well is so understanding and kind. The receptionist is always so busy but takes the time to help to the best of her ability. They really go above and beyond for every patient.
The receptionist was very kind and helpful when I needed to book an appointment for my nephew. She worked with me to find a day that would work for their schedule and mine. Thank you so much for your kindness and above and beyond help!!!
Extremely unprofessional. My child’s requisition was sent to the wrong email, and when I asked the staff to resend it—while it was open on their computer—she refused, put me on hold, said she had patients, like a doctor. Multiple follow-ups were needed, delaying care. Completely unhelpful.
Bro, this guy wouldn't refer my daughter for an MRI when we suspect brain damage. Told me he can't try to justify and convince BC Children's hospital MRI department, when they are literally waiting for us to get a referral I will do it immediately. How can this guy call himself a pediatrician when he has no love for a child's well-being.
