Doctor is knowledgeable and kind. But the staff, especially the one who handles insurance is very disrespectful and discourteous. Asking a question about how the claim was processed and what was submitted to the Insurance company ended up in a very ill mannered discussion and was advised to look for another doctor. Adding to that we received a letter saying patient Doctor relationship has ended. Prescription was not refilled after several requests from the pharmacy.
He is my primary physician since last 4 years. He is very courteous and knowledgeable. .He is always available when you need him. His diagnosis has always been correct. I never have to wait long to see him. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a good physician.
I do not recommend this dr office. They are the most unprofessional careless group of professionals. Their misdiagnosis has caused so much pain and heart ache for my family. They were very unwilling to speak with me to resolve any issues that they have caused. They are all about money not the well being of the patients.
