The worst doctor I ever saw. My mom went to the PAMF Los Gatos Urgent Care for a follow-up visit, and Dr. Venkat Balaji was terrible. He showed almost no concern for my mom’s condition, barely reviewed her symptoms or test results, and provided no useful medical advice or treatment plan. Yet he billed the visit as a Level 5 urgent care appointment around $750. He essentially did nothing to help the patient but charged the high level of fees. Very unprofessional and disappointing.
