What should have been a simple refill process for critical HIV medication turned into months of stress, confusion, dismissiveness, and complete lack of urgency from this office. Watching someone you love struggle to get medically necessary medication while being treated like an inconvenience is beyond upsetting. I was diagnosed with chronic prostatitis about a year and half ago. i was first referred to this office and saw Dr Hawthorn who said there was nothing he could do as there is no infection he could trace .I was then invited back and was seen by Dr Younes , he was certain that an 8 week daily treatment would definitely fix my symptoms ,so i signed up. almost exactly half way through the process there was a problem with my insurance , instead of informing me of the issue and offering me options IE: cash ,until the insurance iss... read more
Dr Younes, Lynn & staff are incredible. He's helped my son for nearly 20 years his staff & nurses are amazing. The best of the best.
Really poor attitude and treatment from the head wound care nurse. Treated really poor and felt uncomfortable. The iv gals are the best and the gals answering phone are very kind. Sad that we will live in same club as dr and Treated poor.
