One star for Dr Babak Baharloo. One redeemed by his support staff. He was presumptuous in understanding my injury followed by a tentative diagnosis and vague treatment plan. He had an obvious air of authority and seemed to know about the anatomy of feet. But showed a notable lack of respect toward his support staff. I'm not sure what is going on in this office, perhaps they are just super overwhelmed, but my experience here was the worst experiences with a medical office I've ever had. Having just moved to the area, I came in a couple months ago as a new patient to schedule a much needed surgery. The front staff was dismissive and unfriendly. The staff was super friendly, Dr. Baharloo was extremely rude to his assistants during my visit. I was embarrassed for them and the tension in the room was very uncomfortable. My physical issue is minor, a one or two on the pain scale. However they wanted to upsell me on pain treatment. All I needed was some understanding of the issue, how to treat it/what to expect in the future. Obviously he has adequate qualifications, but his lack of manners and genuine concern need improvement.
Our daughter has had plantar warts for years. Nothing seemed to help. Dr. Baharloo has fixed them!
Dr.Barharloo is by far the best dr I have been to in yrs. When my foot took a turn for the worst he made it a priority to make sure that it was taken care of. With that being said I have healed up fast and quick and can not thank him enough for all of his service. Bar far the best podiatrist around and I would recommend him and his staff to anyone! Also a shout out to his staff for being right there and on top of everything and also very very professional! Thank you again for everything that you and your staff have done!
