I was very disappointed with my experience at this dental office. I was informed that my son could no longer be seen because of an outstanding balance that they claim had been sending statements. The problem is that the statements were being mailed to an old address, despite the office having me verify and update my information at every visit. What an amazing office and staff. I could not be more happier with our first visit. From my first call to schedule my son's appointment Anna was so accommodating and understanding of my schedule and explained what to expect for our first visit. And I can't get over how friendly and kind all the assistants were. They were so patient with my son and made him fell at ease while taking x-rays. Dr. Adolfo Barrera (Dr. B) has been absolutely incredible with both of our sons. We’ve been coming to his office for over five years, and from our very first visit we were impressed—everything from the beautiful, clean, and kid-friendly facilities to the outstanding service and genuinely positive office environment. Dr. Barrera and his team are amazing! Super gentle with the kids and extremely competent.
I went to Dr. Barrera my entire childhood and into my 20s. I never understood why other kids disliked the dentist because I always loved going to his wonderful office! He took great care of my siblings and I and his hygienists are amazing and always remembered us. Even when having dental work done I never felt stressed and there were always stuffed animals, movies, and bright colors to comfort me. He even came to visit my school in first grade!
