This one star is not for dr.findlay but for another dr.
10/10 the doctors at this clinic are wonderful. Unfortunately whichever new reception staff they have, not so much! As a regular patient at this clinic - it had been just over 2 years since I was last in (due to a pregnancy and then the pandemic hit). My recent lab results through my family physician have come back and my levels are severely low. This receptionist refused to speak directly with the doctors to make an exception for me to be seen.
