Dr is very rude, I also was charged 323 to have tooth pulled then a month later they hit my credit card for another 135 just for a pulled tooth not impacted or wisdom tooth it took ten minutes, word of advise find another place and save yourself from a poor experience
Wonderful oral surgeon! He was on call for Dr Krupp, and I had an issue causing pain over a weekend. He called me and provided assistance to get me to see him very quickly. Kind and reassuring, too. thank you!
I got all four of my wisdom teeth removed today an I had a wonderful experience! I messed up on my appointment but the front desk ladies and staff were super kind and helped to squeeze me in. The assistant was just so great and nice walking me through the whole process before, during and after the extraction an also helped to calm me down when I was anxious. Had pain and infection from one of my wisdom teeth. Krupp center was able to accommodate me rather quickly. However they shy you away from sedation and would rather do local. It’s also more expensive and gas/sedation are not covered. I feel as though they did not want to perform sedation because I am a heavier set women and I also overheard Fadahunsi mention it. Most likely will not go back as I was numb but uncomfortable with him jerking and feeling like he was breaking my jaw
My 7 year old was referred to Dr. Krupp from his regular dentist and I must say from the time I called in til the end of the appointment very pleased with their fast and amazing service
