Dr. Toups's office is by far one of the best dental offices I've ever visited. From Dr. Jason himself to the receptionists, everyone was welcoming, professional, and genuinely cared about making me feel comfortable. As a first-time patient, I felt at ease throughout my entire visit and was thoroughly informed about my dental treatment plan. I was a regular patient and one day I called and the receptionist told me she had a bad day and I called back to reschedule my appointment.She then told me I could not schedule another appointment. I went there to see what the issue was. I wanted to speak to the doctor to report this behavior. She then pushed me and would not let me speak to the doctor. I was a loyal patient for over 5 years. I did not deserve this kind of treatment.
Dr. Toups and associates are very top notch! The quality service and dentistry is the best I felt very comfortable from day one! I highly recommend !
