Told my 91 year old mother she has about a year to live maybe 2. Her office runs about one and a half hours late!!! Did not have all information from downtown after waiting and no update on how behind they were!!! At 91 our elderly already know they are on a shorter life line they don’t need to be told .they are on short notice!!!!! Not going back
