Waiting for 2 hours after appointment should start is VERY disrespectful to people's time. This doctor is among the many who have adopted a hybrid family medicine/walk-in clinic model out of sheer greed. There is no reason why I should wait nearly 2 hours after my appointment because of this greed.
The wait time is unacceptable, especially when appointments are scheduled. As working professionals, we understand that delays of 10–15 minutes can happen, but waiting over an hour is unreasonable. We value our time and expect appointments to be respected. This level of delay is simply not acceptable.
