The wait time is unacceptable, especially when appointments are scheduled. As working professionals, we understand that delays of 10–15 minutes can happen, but waiting over an hour is unreasonable. We value our time and expect appointments to be respected. This level of delay is simply not acceptable.
- Front Desk for Dr Basta Needs more training for professionalism, informing the clients if the Physician is late etc, and efficiency and knowledgeable what their duties and responsibilities. * I booked 2 months before, when I get in there. My name wasn't in there. Have to wait couple of hours for 5mins appt. *Phone mostly unanswered when you book the appt leads to voice message even always full so you cant leave the message. But the rest of the other staff are well mannered and smart as well as Physicians.
He is the best doctor and the staff is very helpful and efficient
