SCAM ARTISTS The office staff at Valley Dental Care, Rivendell CT is unprofessional and they should not be allowed to have contact with the public. They demanded that we pay for the office visit at the time of the visit. Then they submitted the insurance. The Medicare insurance paid nearly the whole bill. When we asked for our overpayment back - nearly $4000 - the office people grrw nasty and said it would have to submit the request in writing, which we did.
