I had a very frustrating experience with Banner Health billing and front desk services. I brought my newborn daughter in for appointments on 11/21/25, 11/26/25, and 12/15/25, and provided my insurance information each time. However, my insurance was only applied to the middle visit (11/26/25). I was later billed over $400 as a self-pay patient for the first and third visits, which is completely unacceptable.
