Hell N🚫!! You could not pay me to get treatment here. Half of the staff are unresponsive. You can’t even get thru to the Patient Advocate, Kevin Jordon. Follow up and follow thru is important for patient care especially during this time. I have left several messages with the nursing Supervisor department and had them paged and still N🚫 return call. Again you could not pay to be seen here. I don’t like down talking people but when the Public needs to advised I have to speak up.
RecommendedEveryone that I have encountered here has been pleasant and helpful. These people had to deal with me jumping off a table after I woke up under anesthesia.

HATE HATE HATE THIS HOSPITAL!!!! Have been in tne emergency room now for 3 hours....my google review i wrote was heat 2 and half hours. I understand they may be full or behind bit 3 hours?? I'm sitting here with severe kidney pain like their about to explode and still 3 hours in the waiting room!! This hospital is straight trash! I dont know if the staff is overworked, underpaid, or just lazy but this is ridiculous!! iv veen to temple and Einstein in Philly where their emergency rooms are usually overcrowded but never waitin... read more
do NOT get a covid test during a Pandemic from them. they will leave you in a hot car with a mask for an hour and still lose your test. they are more concerned about about their narcotics prescriptions then people. and then they lose your test and can't give you results, stringing you along for days.
