Dr Brown is an intelligent wonderful human. She helped us immediately with true understanding and grace. Dr. Chan followed up fast and is awesome.
We love Dr. Brown and her staff! We’ve had the privilege of working with this office for many years~ they are efficient, helpful, forward-thinking in their testing and proactive about filling medications and getting prior authorizations handled, especially Danielle. We are so grateful for their care and service— we wholeheartedly recommend them!
Truly just an office that milks your insurance. They do third party testing just for you to make an additional appointment and charge your insurance again. Heavily unorganized, I had been waiting on results since April, no one contacted me and I was informed I would be. NP cosplaying as doctors. Truly just a mess. We had an awful experience here. We arrived for an appointment with my 9-year old son with the psychiatrist. Another man came to get us and introduced himself as a physicians assistant. We asked if we would be meeting with the psychiatrist and he said, "no, she left an hour ago". He proceeded to interview my son mumbling a lot and using some colloquial and some unintelligible words. I was having problems with the p pharmacy having my medication on back order so I called brownstone psychiatry and they work with me right away to rewrite my prescription so I could pick it up. They are always there when you need them.
