Dr. Shah is completely incompetent! I am a black woman with naturally oily skin and she diagnosed me with having face dandruff. I went to her for small black bumps all over my face that look cancerous and she spent about 60 seconds with me and diagnose me with skin dandruff there is no flakes on my skin and no itching. I do not recommend her at all especially if you are African-American.
