This provider is rude and cruel. Despite my best efforts (leaving 15 minutes early for an average 45 min - hour drive) I was late to my initial appointment after hitting car accident traffic and then Google maps leading me to the wrong medical building. However, when I got to reception I profusely apologized and was told it was ok because I was still within the acceptable appointment window. The medical technician/nurse took me right away.
