Honest, Skilled, and Dependable! I don’t usually write reviews, but D&R absolutely deserves one. It’s tough finding a mechanic you can actually trust, but these guys are the real deal. From the moment I walked in, they were straight-up, honest, and didn’t try to sell me on anything I didn’t need. They took the time to explain what was going on with my car in a way that made sense, which I really appreciated. The work was done fast, the pricing was fair, and my car has been running perfectly ever since. What really stood ou... read more

This is my first time ever feeling the need to give a business a review. I took my car in to get the power steering lines replaced. I picked up my car right before closing. The next morning I noticed a bracket sticking out the top of my hood. To my surprise it was a bracket that holds down the power steering lines. After realizing they forgot to reinstall it, I took a closer look around where the work was performed. The front right wheel well/bumper was missing a clip and flapping in the wind. There is also a splash bracket ... read more

This was our first visit to this shop, and since it’s AAA-approved auto care, we decided to have our car checked for oil leaks. We left the car for a diagnostic, which ended up costing $254. On top of that, they requested an additional 3–4 hours to remove the intake manifold to pinpoint the source of the leak, estimating the cost at $800. It felt like they were taking advantage of their customers. Lesson learned: if you’re looking to get overcharged, this is the place to go.

Had a really nice experience getting my Lexus repaired and serviced with D&R. They were able to get my parts delivered and my repair completed extremely quickly and even added on some maintenance items that I requested at drop off. The best part was that the cost was about half of what I would have paid at the dealership. They were super accommodating when I called to make the appointment. Jonelle, the service advisor was very nice and provided insight on some maintenance items I may want to look at completing during my nex... read more

Jonelle & her team ROCK! We've worked with D&R to keep our cars running for many years. They've always provided excellent customer service and high-quality work. They recently rebuilt our transmission, and patiently answered my many questions. They also noticed the rear seal was leaking, and included that in the repair, without an additional charge, because it was the right thing to do. These guys are the real deal - I highly recommend them!
