Great experience at D&R autoworks! I needed my car completely inspected and an oil change done on short notice. They got me in the same day and had the car ready in just a few hours. The front desk staff was professional and kept me updated the whole time. The shop itself was clean and organized, which gave me a lot of confidence in their work. I recommend this shop time and time again. I'll definitely be back for all future services!

They are cordial and professional but the pricing and thoroughness are lacking. I had a difficult to diagnose engine code, I provided everything I had done to the car (quite a lot). I thought I would get a thorough diagnosis but instead they used their OBD II scanner, used details I had told them from my own investigations, didn’t touch the engine (though their report said there were metals flakes in my oil), and billed me $270 for a diagnosis (most of which was based on details I had given them about what I had done to the... read more

I had an oil leak that was incorrectly diagnosed elsewhere. After a thorough diagnostic, they explained exactly what the problem was and how to fix it. They also made recommendations on how to save money on some other issues that would soon require service. The new managers, Justin and Alex, are professional and personable. They had my car ready ahead of schedule. It was washed and it runs beautifully. This is more like the “old D&R” used to be. Very pleased with the great service. Thanks, guys!

OMG this is a predatory auto shop. I brought my cat in and asked them to find the loud banging noise in the driver side front wheel. As soon as they lifted the car up they could see that the lug bolts were loose and of course that was the noise. But of course they couldn't stop there. They proceeded to do an entire vehicle inspection listing every possible maintenance opportunity as if i didn't know that I own a 15yr old car that is half worn out.. than they said the wheel was damaged and needed to be replaced.
