Found my new mechanic! Its taken me a long time to find a trustworthy team to work on my vehicle. I had a lot of work done, DnR had fair prices and trustworthy recommendations that aligned with what I already knew and expected was needed. Pointed a few areas monitor which I also appreciated. Also had a loaner vehicle available for the few days I was out of a vehicle. Great team and service!
Jack squeezed me in with 30 minute notice to look at my issue. He was also able to provide a very fair price for repair and get it done the next day. Service was excellent, Jack was very responsive and understanding of my situation, and pricing was excellent.
This is my first time ever feeling the need to give a business a review. I took my car in to get the power steering lines replaced. I picked up my car right before closing. The next morning I noticed a bracket sticking out the top of my hood. To my surprise it was a bracket that holds down the power steering lines. Delivered the service as promised at a cost far cheaper than my BMW dealer……. I have going to D&R for almost 20 years. They have always taken care of all my cars.
They have cared for my 2017 Porsche Macan GTS and keep it in great shape! They recently fixed the rear gate lift and got it done quickly. Highly recommend
