This is my first time ever feeling the need to give a business a review. I took my car in to get the power steering lines replaced. I picked up my car right before closing. The next morning I noticed a bracket sticking out the top of my hood. To my surprise it was a bracket that holds down the power steering lines. Honest, Skilled, and Dependable! I don’t usually write reviews, but D&R absolutely deserves one. It’s tough finding a mechanic you can actually trust, but these guys are the real deal. Loaner was available. Auto was assessed early in the day with a call to notify on cost and completion time. Every detail 100% accurate as well as cause of the tire alarm firing. Well done!
Excellent service by D & R Autoworks. Trouble-shot the codes for passenger airbag, reconnected wires, all good. Great to have use of one of their loaner cars. Thanks! This was our first visit to this shop, and since it’s AAA-approved auto care, we decided to have our car checked for oil leaks. We left the car for a diagnostic, which ended up costing $254. On top of that, they requested an additional 3–4 hours to remove the intake manifold to pinpoint the source of the leak, estimating the cost at $800. It felt like they were taking advantage of their customers. Lesson learned: if you’re looking to get overcharged, this is the place to go.
