I have been taking my vehicles here for years but won't be back because of the customer service from Brent. I used to feel great taking my vehicles here because Matt was professional. As a female I wasn't talked down to or treated like an inferior person, but Brent has changed that. My most recent expirience with Dr. Auto was unfortunate in many ways. He gave a prompt diagnosis of the problem, and had it repaired by the time we came back through! Very fair pricing!! We couldn't be happier!!
