I have used Dr Auto for years--starting with a 350SL (1985) as well as a 2000 Avalon and my daughter's 1990 Honda Civic. I have always found his work to be excellent and his trouble shooting to be on the mark. He has saved me many $ by finding the underlying issues. In that time, he has repaired air conditioners, brakes (that were messed up by a Toyota dealer), cruise controls, as well as normal maintenance. I count on him to keep me running safely.
I recently had my Mercedes towed to another mechanic about a year after having Dr. Auto install, what I thought to be, a new electronic part. Last week, the same part failed and left me stranded on the road. My NEW mechanic discovered that work originally performed by Dr. Auto included a junk-yard part identified by the yellow identification number on the outer box cover.
