We found Dr. Kramer online and decided to take a chance—and we’re so glad we did! From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive. But what really stood out was Dr. Kramer himself. He was exceptional—knowledgeable, patient, and truly took the time to explain everything in a way that made us feel confident and cared for. I would definitely recommend him to anyone I know in need of a great podiatrist!
Only gave 1 Star so that I could leave a review. Took my Dad to Dr. Kramer. I've NEVER met A Dr. That would NOT look at an issue. My Dad has suffered with gout and other foot pain for 10 years + Dr Kramer was recommended but we should have declined. He never asked my Dad to take his slipper off, Didn't offer to do an X-ray or other type of scan. He tried to sell my dad a pair of shoes. Are you a Doctor or a Salesman? My husband says Dr. Austin Kramer is very talented & gifted! Surgery went well & we will highly recommend him.
Dr. Kramer and his staff are so genuine with their patients. I developed a condition that no one else was able to diagnose. Dr. Kramer did so in the very first visit. His staff are always so very kind and respond to my questions in a very prompt manner. I thoroughly trust Dr. Kramer’s knowledge and treatment!
I would like to thank Dr. Kramer and his staff for reaching out to me in order to resolve my insurance issues. Although I was a squeaky wheel, he handled my situation verbally 🤷♀️.
